One of the three people arrested in connection to a June stabbing at Hannibal's Huckleberry Park will now head to prison.
Zachary Kuntz, 24, pleaded guilty to assault charges in Marion County Court earlier this week.
He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Corrections.
Police say two men in their 20s went to the park around 12:20 a.m. to meet someone.
That's when when Kuntz, Lauren Sinclair, 21, and Aaron Weatherby 18, allegedly assaulted them.
Sinclair has yet to make a plea in the case.
Weatherby pleaded not guilty to the charges. His next court appearance is September 8.
