The man charged with assaulting a Hannibal infant is scheduled to appear in Marion County court for a pre-trial conference on Feb. 2.
Dustin Dye is accused of hurting the 7-week-old baby known as Baby Nora in June.
Dye is a former boyfriend of Baby Nora's mother.
He has been charged with two counts of first degree assault, and if convicted, could face two life sentences in prison.
Dye entered a not guilty plea on Aug. 18.
Dye will appear in court again for jury trial on Feb. 23 at 8 a.m.
