A Liberty man now faces two additional counts of aggravated DUI following a weekend crash that killed a woman and injured several other people.
Adams County States Attorney Jon Barnard says Jeff Tenhouse faces the additional counts of driving under the influence and being intoxicated.
Each of the added two counts resulted from causing a death and for causing great bodily injury.
According to the Adams County Sheriff's Office, a vehicle driven by Jeff Tenhouse rolled over about 1/10th of a mile west of Illinois 104 Sunday morning.

Six occupants were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Three of them were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
None of the passengers were wearing seatbelts according to a press release from the Adams County Sheriff's office.
Tenhouse was treated at Blessing and released to the Adams County Sheriff's Department.
