Class sizes in Keokuk might be larger next year.
One kindergarten teacher will retire at the end of the school year.
A 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade teacher were let go this year, also.
As of now, Superintendent Dr. Lora Wolff isn't sure if the Kindergarten teacher will be replaced.
"What we will do is go through our budget modification process and make a recommendation to the board in March. And then decide at that time or we may look at the numbers we get for Rodeo and Round-up in late April. Again, look at it at registration time," said Superintendent Dr. Lora Wolff.
The next school board meeting is March 28th.
