The Keokuk Airport received a federal grant worth $111, 240.

It will use the money to update the airport master plan conducted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The master plan analyzes changes that need to be made at the airport.

Keokuk hopes to extend the runways, add one more aircraft hangar and fix the fence that encloses the airport.
