Randy Joe Townsend, 45, and Debi Elaine Townsend, 54, of the 2400 block of 245th Avenue were arrested Tuesday.
According to the Lee County Narcotics Task Force:
Randy Townsend is charged with conspiracy to manufacture more than five grams of meth while in possession of a firearm, maintaining a drug house and possession of paraphernalia. He faces up to 53 years in state prison if convicted.
