A Durham, Mo. man was arrested Wednesday for setting his own trailer on fire in 2011.
Kevin C. Payton, 28, is charged with one count of arson in the second degree, a class C felony.
The arrest stems from the investigation of an October 2011 trailer fire in LaGrange.
Police say Payton is thought to have intentionally set his trailer on fire after accidentally causing a fire while manufacturing methamphetamine.
The Missouri Division of Fire Safety and the NEMO Drug Task Force assisted in the investigation.
Payton is lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $20,000.00 cash only bond.
