Indecent exposure leads to Hannibal drug arrest

      30-year-old Donald Rogers

A Hannibal man was arrested for drugs after he was seen urinating in public.

A police officer witnessed 30-year-old Donald Rogers at the corner of 6th and Broadway.

When the officer made contact with the subject, he attempted to drop a bag of what appeared to be marijuana on the ground.

Rogers was arrested and while the officer was placing him in custody, he dropped several more bags of what is believed to be marijuana on the ground.

Rogers was charged with indecent exposure, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

During the booking process, an additional bag of marijuana was located on Rogers. He was placed on a 24 hour hold in the Marion County Jail.
