Identity theft charges dropped, meth charges stick for Quincy woman

Identity theft charges have now been dropped against a Quincy woman who pleaded guilty to making methamphetamines.

Felicia Conners, 27, was arrested in May on aggravated identity theft charges.

During that time she was on probation for a previous 2012 methamphetamines arrest.

Conners pleaded guilty to an amended methamphetamines production charge.

Her identity theft charge was dropped.

Conners be sentenced on February 10th.
