A local family is working to help bring Tri-State relief to those impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
On Thursday, November 15th, Misty Fierge and her family hope to make a difference when they take a trailer full of supplies and personal hygiene items to the survivors of Hurricane Sandy.
They are asking for your help to fill the trailer with the items suggested below through the organization "
Compassion Services International
" then, the items will be taken to a church in New Jersey for distribution to those in need.
Those wishing to contribute to the effort can drop off items at
Two Rivers Regional Council
(1125 Hampshire Street, Quincy, IL) Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Donations will be accepted until Wednesday, November 14th.
