Hadley Creek Outfitters founder will go to trial
BARRY, IL —
A trial date is now set for the founder of Hadley Creek Outfitters in Barry.
Stacey Ward will go to trial on April 10, 2018.
He is accused of more than 50 DNR citations and warnings for illegal deer hunting practices.
Those activities include the unlawful feeding of white-tailed deer and allowing clients to hunt deer over a baited area.
Ward plead not guilty to ten charges last week in a Pike County courtroom.
