â??We put a lot of thought and time into the selection of the Hickory Grove site and while we are disappointed that we are unable to proceed with our vision at this location, we look forward to bringing the Urban Program Center to life in the not too distant future.â?? Pam Kovacevich, GSCI CEO said. â??We will begin a new search for suitable property and look forward to unveiling the Urban Program Center to the Quincy community and know it will provide the foundation for area girls to realize their potential.â??
