Former Illinois Governor George Ryan is a free man.
Ryan was released from home confinement Wednesday. July 3 was the last day of his five-year federal prison sentence for corruption charges.
In January, he was released from an Indiana prison and moved to confinement at his home.
Now only one former Illinois governor remains behind bars - Rod Blagojevich.
Four of Illinois' last seven governors have ended up in prison, including Ryan and Blagojevich.
Blagojevich is currently serving a 15 year sentence for corruption charges.
