Federal dollars may pay for some Iowa healthcare costs

There may be some good news when it comes to health care coverage for low-income residents in Iowa.
The Iowa Senate has approved a plan to accept federal money to pay for those costs.
The $1.7 billion budget including funding for the Public Health and Human Services departments.
Approximately 150,000 Iowans would be covered under this new agreements.
The plan still needs federal approval.
