Coroner releases name of man who died in thrift store crash

The driver was southbound on 8th Street when the pickup crashed through a fence on the rear of the property that also contains the Blessed Sacrament Catholic School.

The Adams County Corner released the name of the man killed in a crash that burned a Quincy thrift store.

Matthew Fulmer, 30, of 1033 Ohio St., Quincy, died shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday after he crashed his truck into the Crossing Thrift Shop at 8th and Adams streets.

An autopsy was conducted Thursday morning.

Coroner Jim Keller said the cause of death is still pending the results of additional tests.
