      Bees move into Quincy backyard

      A swarm of bees found in the backyard of a home in Quincy.

      Quincy resident Sandy Polley woke Tuesday morning to find quite a surprise out in the backyard.

      A noisy, intimidating surprise in the form of a swarm of bees.

      Polley lives in the 200 block of South 11th Street where a huge swarm of bees took up residency in a tree.

      They called in local beekeeper Guy Spoonmore to remove, by best estimates, what looks to be more than 30,000 live insects.

      The same beekeeper moved a swarm of bees from a bench at 18th and Broadway Tuesday as well. Watch that video above or click here.
