The marina on Quinsippi Island is expected to be cabled off at noon on Tuesday, July 1.
The Quincy Park District says that anyone with a boat in the Art Keller Marina who wants to move it should do so by that time.
Officials with the park district say they are cabling off the area because of rising water.
Flood stage for the Mississippi is 17 feet and it is expected to hit 19.23 feet at the Quincy Lock and Dam 21 by Tuesday, July 1 at 2 p.m.
By Monday, July 7, the National Weather Service Advanced Hydrologic Predition Service reports that the Mississippi River could rise to 25.7 feet.
