      AJ's Dawgs owner avoids prison time in stun gun case

      Angela Flachs, 38, owner of AJ's Dawgs was sentenced to 24 months probation and 120 days periodic imprisonment.

      A downtown Quincy restaurant owner that shot one of her customers with a stun gun is avoiding prison time.

      Angela Flachs, 38, owner of AJ's Dawgs was sentenced to 24 months probation and 120 days periodic imprisonment.

      Flachs was found guilty of aggravated battery and unlawful use of a weapon.

      The conviction stems from an early-morning incident on April 21, 2013 that took place after Flachs argued with a customer.

      She'll report to the Adams County Jail on June 2.
