One of the two suspects arrested in connection to a July home invasion in Quincy appeared in court Tuesday.
Chadwick Kelly, 23, was recently extradited back to Adams County after U.S. Marshals arrested him in Paris, Tennessee.
Kelly and 18-year-old James Phillips face felony home invasion and burglary charges after police say they forced their way into a home at 9th and Locust.
The two fled the scene and were taken into custody days later.
Kelly's next court appearance will be for a preliminary hearing on September 3.
He remains lodged in the Adams County Jail.
