$6 a credit hour more for students at SCC

Students who plan on attending Southeastern Community College in West Burlington or one of their satellite locations, will be looking at a tuition increase for the upcoming fall semester.

The board of trustees voted to increase tuition by six dollars a credit hour which would total $126 per credit hour for resident students and a $131 a credit hour for non resident students.

The college says Southeastern has the fourth lowest tuition among the 15 community colleges in the state.
