We all know habits can be hard to break, but did you know habitual texting will actually create a pain in the neck. Yes chiropractors now are seeing more and more people of all ages for a habit they can't break. The average head weighs about 10 pounds when we sit up straight, however the pressure grows every time we bend forward. If we tilt forward 60 degrees, to look at the phone, we are now holding up 60 pounds, this is extremely stressful on the neck.
