Yoga: Ageless exercise for everyone

With the new year around the corner, some people are looking for a good way to reduce stress and get in shape.
Many are turning to yoga as the answer.
Yoga is a series of movements, stretches and breathing exercises that improves flexibility and fitness.
We caught up with Michele Wilkerson, the Instructor and owner at Yoga 7 in Quincy.

What are some of the benefits?
"You sleep better because of increased oxygen," Wilkerson said. "You also will have fewer aches and pains. That's another great benefit from it."
