If you're looking to keep tabs on Santa Claus on his Christmas journey, there's an app for that ... and a toll free phone number, a website and social media!

NORAD is the military organization responsible for the aerospace defense of the U.S. and Canada. It always tracks Santa's world trek on Christmas Eve. Click here to visit the NORAD website. They faced a little controversy this year when they decided to have fighter jets accompany Santa on his journey. Read more about that here.

We're also following along with the "NORAD Tracks Santa app." The app is available through the Apple App Store and Android Market .

Facebook users can visit and Like the "NORAD Tracks Santa" page here for frequent updates, photos and links.

Are you on G+? Click here to follow the G+ page also known as "NORAD Tracks Santa."

You can get updates in 140 characters or less from "noradsanta" on Twitter. Click here to follow.

You can even follow Santa using Google's Santa Tracker ... click here for more information. You'll get a look at his dashboard and see his arrival times.

Last but not least, if you shy away from all the high-tech fun, there's always the toll free number 877-HI-NORAD (877-446-6723).
