KHQA-TV Internships

KHQA offers unpaid internships to college students, preferably in their Junior or Senior year. You must receive credit from your college in order to qualify for an internship. Internships are unpaid, which is why you must receive college credit in order to work as an intern at KHQA.

Internships are offered in the following departments at KHQA-TV:
News – Carol Sowers, Executive News Director
Creative – Steve Buckman, Creative Services

We will work with you to develop a schedule that meets your needs, as well as the Station's needs. The number of hours/length of time you work at KHQA will be determined by the specific requirements of your college.

This is an entry level position in KTVO-TV’s Engineering department for an individual with interest in monitoring the quality of the transmission signal to station viewers.  This position requires a responsible person, with proven ability to be detail oriented and work independently.  Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
