Ursa native Brent Burke has been indicted by a grand jury on murder charges.
The charges stem from a double homicide on September eleventh in Rineyville, Kentucky.
KHQA confirmed the indictment with Bob White of the News Enterprise newspaper in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

During a preliminary hearing, investigators testified one of Burke's children said "daddy shot mommy."
Burke's defense attorney said a toddler's random statement shouldn't be considered credible evidence.
Burke's currently in jail in Kentucky on a two million dollar bond.
